Salman Khan Found Guilty In Blackbuck Poaching Case, Others Let off Salman Khan appears in a court in blackbuck poaching case in Jodhpur, Rajasthan | PTI Photo Jodhpur court convicted Bollywood actor Salman Khan and acquitted actors Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and Tabu in 1998 Blackbuck poaching case on Thursday. Elaborate security arrangements were made in and outside the court premises ahead of the verdict. Final arguments in the case were completed in the trial court on March 28, after which Chief Judicial Magistrate Dev Kumar Khatri had reserved the judgment to be pronounced on April 5. All the actors arrived the city and were present in court during pronouncement of the verdict. Salman Khan, 52, faced charges under Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and the other actors have been charged under Section 51 read with Section 149 (unlawful assembly) of the Indian Penal Code. Pak army chief approves death penalty for 10 terrorists PTI ISLAMABAD:  Pakistan army Chief  Gen  Qamar Javed Bajwa  today approved death penalty for 10 terrorists including those who shot dead Amjad Sabri, one of the country's finest Sufi Qawwals. In a statement, the military's media wing said the terrorists, tried by special military courts, were involved in killing of 62 people and heinous crimes against the state including attack on security forces and a five-star hotel in Peshawar. The terrorists were identified as  Muhammad Ishaq ,  Muhammad Rafique ,  Muhammad Arish ,  Habibur Rehman , Muhammad Fayaz, Ismail Shah, Muhammad Fazal, Hazrat Ali, Muhammad Asim and Habibullah.
